Le Goût des Mots (the taste of the words) : Cooking + french language class for adults

This cooking class is also a french language interactive lesson. It was especially designed for foreigners who wants to practice french and at the same time, learning how to cook.

In small group (6 persons max) from different countries, you will soon want to speak.
In a warm atmosphere, you will forget your fears and share with other people at least two things :
the envy to cook and the love of french speaking.

Cooking + language? Why?
Because learning a language is not a question of smartness bot of senses. You need to hear, to speak and to"feel it". This is with your 5 senses that you will dive in the french language.
You will learn by watching and listening.
With cooking, you will learn by tasting, smelling and touching.

The recipes
the recipes are mainly french and mediterranean cuisine (quiche lorraine, piperade, boeuf bourguignon, blanquette de poulet, crème caramel, mousse au chocolat...)
We always cook with fresh and quality products.

Beginners and cook amateurs are welcome. Little by little, you will learn how to use the equipment (different knifes, chinese strainer, bain-marie...) and also the basics of home cooking (sauces, dough, cutting and cooking for vegetables, poultry and fish, stocks...) with all the tips which are never explained in the recipes.

The equipment
Our open kitchen contain all the modern equipment for cooking and baking.

A table!
After the production, we can enjoy the lunch together. It's going to be the occasion to speak for everybody. The talk will quit the culinary subject for all the subjects you would like to talk about.
